Liberation Diet and Personal Training, Keys that Unlock the Door to a New Life

Before starting the Liberation Diet, I was feeling very uncomfortable in my own body, I felt tired all the time.  I woke up every morning with stiff muscles and found myself starting to get short of breath when doing some daily activities.  I was frustrated that I couldn’t lose weight on my own.  I knew that I needed to lose weight, but just didn’t have the motivation to stick with changes I wanted to make.  I always knew that the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to make lifestyle changes and not just following a fad diet.  I also had to realize that I need help, which was hard for me to admit.

I thought I had been following a good diet.  But after hearing Kevin speak about the Liberation Diet, I realized that I wasn’t eating the right foods, therefore not losing weight.  This was a hard concept to accept at first.  I had to give up what I thought was a healthy diet, but at this point I had nothing to lose.  On the Liberation Diet, I am never at a loss of what to eat and never feel like I’m starving.

Working with my personal trainer Alan has given me the motivation I was missing to help me lose the weight.  Exercise has played a key role in helping me with my weight goals.  He has helped me work muscles I never knew I had and teaching me exercises along the way.  He’s given me back the confidence in myself that I knew I had but had been missing for a long time.  Alan encourages me every session to push myself and keeps setting new goals for me.

Although I have not reached my weight lose goal yet, I know that I can.  I am now armed with the knowledge, motivation and strength needed to make the lifestyle changes in order to start living a healthy life.
